CJ Strike

This was my first trip to CJ Strike near Mountain Home. Caught 1 small mouth bass that was around 15 inches and about 45 croppie. CJ strike was a fun place to fish. The pro's was that it was a big enough place where you can find fishing spots without someone 15 feet from you. The negative's are that due to their not being many trees around it can get rather windy, also it seems as the best fishing is done from a boat in this area.

This day I was in a boat with a fish finder so I had a little ( alot) of help from some good technology.

Hey everyone, I have decided to start a blog about some of the wonderful fishing that is in Idaho. I am still a newbie fisherman but I love it with all my heart. I hope to share some info about all the spots I fish as well as what I catch. This should give some people that are not familiar with Idaho a good Idea on where you can catch what!
